Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Custom & Personalized Orders:
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
This includes shirts or products created with customer-submitted designs, names, or logos.
How to Start a Return:

Email info@officialcolecreations.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.

Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.
Please do not send returns to our physical studio without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
In those cases, ColeCreations Apparel will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your account.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please initiate a return first, then place a new order once your refund is processed.
This ensures the fastest turnaround time.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please email photos and your order number to info@officialcolecreations.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly review the issue and send a replacement or refund as needed.
