Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer flat-rate and carrier-calculated shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Service Areas:
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier scans your package.

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to ensure all orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (weather, route disruptions, or seasonal volume)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

ColeCreations Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Supplier Delays:
Some items are made-to-order or depend on supplier inventory for blank apparel and specialty materials.
In rare cases, fulfillment delays may occur due to material shortages, backorders, or supply-chain interruptions.
If this happens, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimated shipping date or alternative options such as a similar item or a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist in filing a carrier claim and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
